Approved by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HADEA) under the powers delegated by the European Union under the Commission Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL)

The consortium consists of nine partners from six different countries (Belgium, Germany, Greece, Moldavia, Romania, Switzerland) that will contribute to the project

Αn open-source platform that uptakes an AI-based system, by running large scale pilots on LEA’s premises, in an fully operational environment, in full respect of fundamental rights and personal data protection.

Methodology

DATA COLLECTION

The process of gathering information on targeted variables in one or more existing systems.

DATA INGESTION

The process of importing data for immediate use or storage into the TRACY analytics database.

DATA CURATION

Ingested data are modified to support a uniform representation of common data types, to facilitate linked columns, supporting immediate combination and correlation of related data sources.

DATA MODELLING

Subset used to solve a particular business problem. A data model provides information reduction and leads to a simpler picture of the world, more suitable for analysis.

ALGORITHMIC ANALYTICS

Descriptive analytical algorithms for statistics, clustering, decision trees, Voronoi diagrams, etc. Predictive analytics algorithms use machine learning techniques to spot anomalies in existing data or forecast the behaviour of the system.

VISUAL ANALYTICS

Visualizing the data in graphs, charts, and maps helps users identify patterns and thereby develop actionable insights. TRACY will make use of powerful tools and processes to analyse its data to make better, data-driven decisions.

DATA GOVERNANCE

Enables necessary data bookkeeping, dataset and data flow documentation, supporting experimentation, evaluation, long term support, migration, deployment etc.

ITERATIVE IMPLEMENTATION

Refinements of the algorithms lead to more accurate solutions. Then the algorithms become building blocks that can be re-used in similar cases in the future.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

KPIs that objectively capture the speed and the quality of the results are defined upfront to guide the iterative process. The same KPIs will drive maintenance tasks.
